📦 Archive Business

This removes the business from the active dashboard view. All data (sales, products, staff, customers) is preserved exactly as-is and can be restored anytime from the Archived tab.

📲 Unbind Device

This clears the current device lock. The business can then log in from ANY device — whichever one logs in next automatically becomes the new bound device (same as a fresh signup). Use this when a business owner has lost, changed, or forgotten which device they originally signed up with.

🛑 Cancel Subscription

Use this for a SUSPICIOUS or fraudulent subscription — e.g. a staff member activating a plan without authorisation. This sets the business to Basic/expired and PAUSES their remaining days — it does not erase them. If the business later proves the activation was genuine, use Restore Subscription on this business to give back their exact remaining time. This does not delete any data — staff, sales, and inventory all remain intact.

✅ Restore Subscription

Use this only after the business has proven their subscription activation was genuine (e.g. shown proof of payment). This restores their exact plan and gives back the days that were saved when the subscription was cancelled — it does not start a fresh countdown, the business gets back exactly what they had.

💰 Redeem Builder Wallet

This renews the subscription for one month immediately and deducts the redeemed amount from the Builder Wallet.

💸 Redeem Payment

This only records that a payment was made outside MuzePay — send the actual money via your normal method (bank transfer, etc.) before confirming. It does not touch this business's subscription in any way.

🎁 Credit Referral Commission

Credits the referrer's Builder Wallet with 10% of the referred business's plan fee, marks this referral as paid, and increments "Businesses Built" on the referrer's profile. Higher-rank rewards (free month, tier upgrade, discounts, badges) are not automated — check the referrer's new rank after crediting and apply those manually if a rank threshold was just crossed.
